First record of the orb-weaving spider Araneus tubabdominus Zhu & Zhang, 1993 (Araneae: Araneidae) from India

Abstract
The Chinese species Araneus tubabdominus Zhu & Zhang, 1993 is recorded for the first time from India. A detailed redescription and illustrations of the female are provided along with a distributional map of the species.
