Two new species of Genus Contarinia Rondani viz. C. asperae reared from leaf galls of Achyranthes aspera L. (Family Amaranthaceae) and C. dichanthiumae reared from ear heads of Dichanthium aristatum Hub.( Family : Poaceae) are described and illustrated.Published
