Abstract

This paper reports the occurrence of giant ladybird beetle Anisolemniadilatata (Fabricius) (Coccinellidae: Coleoptera) predating upon the aphid, Aiceona sp. infesting the Som plants, Persea bombycina Kost. from Pundibari, Cooch Behar, West Bengal, India. This is a new prey record for the Giant ladybird beetle.
