Main Article Content
Abstract
Pimpinella katrajensis Rolla Rao & Hemadri (Apiaceae) is an endemic and less known species, reported from a few localities of Maharashtra. Mukherjee & Constance subsumed P. katrajensis in P. wallichiana Gandhi although both species are very distinct. Thus, the present investigation provides detailed morphological description, distribution, distinguishing characters and images of P. katrajensis for correct identification.
